About Southern Hills

Our Association

The Southern Hill Condominium association is a community located in the southwest part of Madison, Wisconsin. Completed in phases from 2000 to 2006, Southern Hill consists of 54 ranch-style condominiums arranged in twenty-seven separate buildings. Varying in size, each unit has unique features. Exteriors share a pleasant craftsman look, featuring private patios and/or decks, and two or three car garages. Located only minutes from Madison's West Towne Shopping Mall, Southern Hill enjoys neighborhood comforts and urban convenience.

Our Neighborhood

Midtown Commons is a Traditional Neighborhood Development (TND) located on Midtown Road, on the Southwest side of Madison, Wisconsin. It is comprised of approximately 80 acres of land and 700 residential units, a variety of mixed use, office, retail and live/work uses, several open spaces, and special civic use sites. The commercial district is designed to have the look of "a cute little American downtown," but incorporates modern concessions, such as easy automobile access, proper signage and parking.
